Excellent Chinese

We've recently discovered what seems to be everyone else's "go-to" Chinese, for both eat-in and take out. Chengdu 23 (http://chengdu23wayne.com/). Nestled into a corner of West Belt Mall, which borders Willowbrook Mall, you might miss it if you don't look Celebrating Chinese New Year there with 20 others was a real treat -- we were able to sample an array of their best dishes. By far, the most amazing was the Tea Smoked Duck, filled with flavor, spicy and salty, and falling off the bone. We've been there twice since, and have sampled their excellent Sichuan plates, including the old standby General Tso's chicken and Shrimp in Garlic Sauce. Kudos to everything on the menu. Service is excellent, it's clean and bright, with a wonderful tank of fish swimming in the entryway to greet you upon arrival. Again, don't miss the Tea Smoked Duck.
