Enjoy Jimmy’s on the Pier for Restaurant Week! (Photos)

Jimmy’s on the Pier has the greatest ocean view and beer selection on the Island and their menu is amazing! If you aren’t sure what to order, then Restaurant Week is the perfect time to try Jimmy’s on the Pier for the first time. For $15.00 per prix-fixe menu order, you can indulge in a great date night and be so stuffed you’ll need to take home dessert. So for 30 dollars, not including those great drinks, your date will be a hit. To see the prix-fixe menu click here. Everyone was really impressed with the quality of food, service, atmosphere and the overall experience. For starters with a 2 person order, in the slide show you’ll see their Fried pickles which were delicious and Texas toothpicks. Texas toothpicks are crispy fried jalapeno and onion strips, much better than the soggy piles of thin ring stacks you can get at the local franchise restaurants!

Next on the menu, a Pier Mary….yum! Then a ½ pound cheeseburger on a scrumptious bun served with hand-cut fries. The tables are loaded with condiments so you won’t have to wave down a waitress every 5 minutes. Also pictured above, are Jimmy’s grilled fish tacos, which are grilled snapper on soft tortillas served with shredded red cabbage, their signature white sauce, cilantro and onion, served with black beans.

It doesn’t end there. The dessert is very memorable. These pie slices are not skimpy; the pie alone could fill one up, but the flavors are as unique as they are flavorful. Check this out, want pumpkin pie or pecan pie? Have no fear; their pumpkin pecan praline pie is rich pumpkin pie with pecan praline topping! Love cherry pie? How about their forest harvest pie, with cherries, raspberries, blueberries and a double crust!

Jimmy’s on the Pier gets 5 stars for perfect service, friendly faces…everyone was smiling, not just the waitress; exceptional food; a great and clean atmosphere…including the bathroom; and a Restaurant Week menu that tops the list in terms of price, options, and flavor!
