Add plenty of action, weapons and counter surveillance, torture and good men and women dealing with nasty enemies.
Pike Logan is a member of the Taskforce, a super secret joint military operation formed from special forces, Delta, CIA, Seals and other members of the armed forces. The primary mission is to track down enemies of the United States, and if needed execute them with extreme prejudice or capture them for information.
Logan and his partner Jennifer are in the Middle East for a bit of R & R when they stumble on a secret plot in Lebanon. A secret militant group of Hezbollah has hired an assassin to kill the American Envoy so as to scuttle any attempt at peace in the Middle East, but they want the murder to occur away from Lebanon. Meanwhile, another of their assassins, a traitorous ex member of the US armed forces, is also on the hunt. He wants to stop the Hezbollah plan before they can kill him so he can get money carried by the envoy. Logan and this assassin have a bad history between them.
Meanwhile Logan, Jennifer and three other members of Taskforce are all that stand in the way of the two assassins.
Two assassins, Hezbollah terrorists, Logan captured and tortured, Jennifer and Druse militia men acting to free him, Knuckles and other Taskforce agents, special scuba gear, the United States envoy in danger, fistfights and revenge, bombs on elevators and enough action and twists in the plot to satisfy any action fan.
This is top notch military thriller entertainment.
