East Moon Asian Bistro & Sushi of Westminster, CO. provides a good Asian fusion food dining experience, but minor inconsistencies keep it from being a great experience. You can get Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese food all in one location, and that alone is incredible.
Overall, East Moon offers very good food at fair prices, but when ordering the same item on different visits you may not get the same thing. It seems like recipes change from day to day, not sure of the reasons behind this, but after really enjoying the first visit, the second visit was mediocre after ordering the same dish. With the inconsistent food also comes inconsistent service. One first server was fantastic and the next server was mediocre also. One of the most important things for a restaurant to be successful, is consistency. Maybe, Asian Moon will correct this for future visits, maybe not, but good luck to them if they don't!
The sushi is a very good choice, and is always a fun experience. Definitely above average, but not quite great like some other sushi restaurants in the area.
Because they offer so many different choices, but surprisingly easy to read menu, East Moon can satisfy a lot of different tastes. Perhaps because they offer such a varied menu, they do not specialize in any one type of food and this may cause the issues they have.
