With a seemingly unlimited supply of rhymes, E-40 boldly builds onto his initial three Block Brochure albums with three more, filled with plenty of emcee camaraderie and E-40's still-strong delivery, skills and talent. Nearly everything on these three albums is typical of the three previous Block Brochures. They don't get dull, but they don't take chances either. Mr. Flamboyant is still flamboyant on the mic, and the guests respect 40's space; however, the messages in the words are not very urgent. The production is fun but will not likely floor aficionados of great beats. The trademark styles are here, and while the driving force behind this long series of sequels may have run its course, this three-peat repeat is sure to attract loyal E-40 admirers.
