Dynamic Duo Tinkles The Ivories

Chris Hudson got to know Doug Saleeby when they were introduced by the pretty soprano sitting between them in the University Chorale. They received their degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, formed a musical duo, drove out to Las Vegas and entered the entertainment business. The dueling duo decided on lounges and resorts for obvious reasons and for 30 years now, they have been in entertaining audiences around the country. The duo's tight musical camaraderie has kept audiences coming back in appreciation of these two hugely talented performers. While each is a phenomenal performer in their own right, together they make a dynamic duo playing off each other both musically and verbally. They combine classical, jazz and rock while maintaining ample space for improvisation, humor is also well-represented within the act. Lyrical substitutions spur on audience participation and that adds the element of surprise to each and every show making it fresh every time you see them. The audience tends to be a diverse group with guests of all ages. This show is a great find for those looking for something new and exciting for the family to do and see. This is as good as it gets. You, your friends and family can boogie down to two pianos with two very talented performers. You'll be swept off your feet and put in the mood for some dancing. This delightful musical show plays at Miss Ollie’s on a regular basis, so families can plan a great all around trip to Jackson which includes a musical theater show. Oh, and save your voice for this night, because you WILL be fiercely rocking out to “Time After Time.” Hudson and Saleeby bring wonderful family fun onto the stage adding variety to the entertainment choices with such shows. Hudson and Saleeby also showcase their work at the Bluebird Café in Nashville. The pair have recorded and produced two CD’s. "It's Been a Little Too Long" was produced in Nashville and features 11 original songs. "Days of Wine and Roses" was produced in Memphis and features 16 great jazz standards.
