Dr. Hauschka Translucent Loose Powder

Though Dr. Hauschka Translucent Loose Powder has a heavy price tag at around $37, if it is in your price range, and you are looking for a more natural loose powder that wont break your skin out, or cause irritation, or drying, you absolutely have to try Dr. Hauschka Translucent Loose Powder.

Dr. Hauschka Translucent Loose Powder is translucent, so if you are looking for something that provides coverage and not just a matte finish, look elsewhere. This powder is incredibly sheer, while providing a great matte finish, it works well with most skin tones. It wont keep your oilies at bay all day, but it also wont pile up if you need to re-apply. It provides a very natural looking finish that turns slightly dewy.

Dr. Hauschka Translucent Loose Powder plays well with other makeup. I've tested it with many different moisturizers, foundations both powder and liquid, as well as BB and CC creams. It doesn't settle into your creases.

What sets this loose power apart from others is the ingredients, made from Silk, without synthetic preservatives, PBA's, scents, and colors. Though it does have a natural fragrance that may take some getting used to, it isn't the kind of fragrance that irritates ones skin. The amount that you use isn't a ton and it does last for a long time. With almost daily use, where I use it to set my makeup once a day, it has lasted over 1 year.

If you are looking for a medium/high end loose powder that is more on the natural side of the market, you should absolutely give Dr. Hauschka Translucent Loose Powder a try.

You can find it at as well as many other places, all you need to do is Google. I am not sure what the return policy is on this item, it probably varies by store. So, if you try it and don't like it and can't return it, there are makeup swap websites that you could exchange it with another person on, and get something else you want.
