I've eaten gingerbread every year for my entire life. You could say I'm a gingerbread expert. I know what I like. I prefer a soft gingerbread with a strong but not over powering taste of spice with melt in your mouth frosting on top.
The Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe at the end of Main Street (as you turn to head toward Adventureland) has gingerbread on display along with other delectable treats. The gingerbread is everything I like in a gingerbread man.
He was soft and spicy but not too strong. His frosting was soft and sweet. He was smelled so good that I nibbled a bit before I took the picture. Then he was gone.
