DC Entrepreneur revolutionizes the way wine is gifted

When invited to dinner or BBQ at someones home it is customary to bring a gift. Many individuals select wine, which is can be given to the host by itself with a separate card or  in a wine bag. Unfortunately wine bags are impersonal and cards can get lost by the host during an gathering. Jennifer Nielsen, a DC based entrepreneur has introduced a solution called Wine Wear,  a patented greeting card for gifting wine. After working for a large retail wine company. Nielsen continually heard customers wish there was a way to make a wine gift more personal, and she agreed. “Many times at a party my gift bottle of wine  was placed on the table alongside the other gifted bottles knowing the host would never be able to tell who gave them which bottle” says Nielsen. She quickly recognized the  need to make  bottles of wine more personal which gave way to the creation and launch of  Wine Wear cards.

Wine wear is simple and practical, just write a personal greeting on the back of the wine wear, slide it over the  neck of the bottle and instantly you have a unique gift. Wine wear currently has over twenty different designs, for events and holidays such as bridal showers, housewarming, job promotions, Thanksgiving and Christmas to name a few.  Plus with the current price point of Wine Wear under five dollars, its extremely affordable. Overall, this product makes wine gifting a cinch. And who knows, maybe the next time your at an event, the guests will ponder, " Who brought the bottle of wine dressed in a tux? "
