Days Of Our Lives has news for it's fans. First, of course, the show will be sticking around through it's next renewal year of September 2014 and Friday was the soap's 12,000th episode and Ali Sweeney's 20th year anniversary.
The episode included Gabi (Camila Banus) preparing to marry Nick (Blake Berris) even though she carries Will's baby (Chandler Massey) and the tension of their trying to keep the secret, yet finding a place for Will in the baby's life. Sami (Alison Sweeney) and Rafe (Galen Gering) starting to get close again. Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) found someone to help her to win Daniel (Shawn Christian) back. A huge plot twist is added before the wedding and will involve Chad and Will.
It also has been reported that Drake Hogestyn(John Black) will be leaving Salem for awhile. How long has not been determined, but look for John to exit next Friday. In the newest issue of Soap Opera Digest, Drake Hogestyn revealed, “John says he needs space and that he’s confused.” Has Kristen(Eileen Davison) finally delivered the final wedge between John and Marlena(Diedre Hall?
It is also reported that Days of our Lives has a casting call for a new character of “Keara Baldwin”! Again according to Soap Opera Digest, she will be a 25 to 30-year-old physical therapist who grew up poor. Keara will “Hide herself behind plain hairstyles and glasses as well as a dark secret about the last few years of her life.”
We will not see the character until May because DOOL shoots three months ahead.
