The Booty Barre is a new series of fitness DVD's taught and choreographed by Tracey Mallett. The Pilates, dance, yoga and ballet inspired workouts are easy to follow, great cueing and effective. The Beginners & Beyond offers a a 35 minute workout plus bonus Floor Abs & Thighs workout.
Australian sounding but UK born, Tracey does a nice job leading the workout. Equipment needed for this workout are light hand weights and a sturdy chair. The flow is easy, moves are performed with perfect form and balance moves are interspersed throughout the workout. If you are looking for an at home DVD to try, the Booty Barre series should be on the list.
