Coming up once more on March 8th, from 11:30 to 3:30, Dallas Bites!, also known as Dallas By Chocolate, the Dallas' Best BBQ, Pizza, Burgers, Tacos and Brewery Tour will bring Dallas delicacies to your plate.

Featuring authentic pizza from Naples at Dough Pizzeria, cooked in a stone oven, fresh bread and burrata, this is the perfect starting point for a journey in deliciousness. A stop at Mike Anderson's BBQ makes for a tantalizing twist on the standard brisket and baked potatoes. The dish that left me speechless was a deboned quail leg, stuffed with jalapeno and wrapped up tightly in bacon. Smoked to the point of no return, I have never tasted anything like it. Burgers and tacos bring in more tasty memories-in-the-making and juicy tidbits to recommend to your friends. Finally a stop at Peticola's Brewery tops off the trip with big samples of both pale and dark savory suds.

$55 is easily justified considering the tour includes not only all of these nibbles but also transportation as well as wine, beer, and water aboard the bus, and the quips and knowledge of a local DFW food expert along the way. What better way to spend a Saturday?
