Corte alla Flora, Cabernet Sauvignon, Toscana, IGT, 2010

Corte alla Flora, Cabernet Sauvignon, Toscana, IGT, 2010 is opaque garnet red in color. This organically produced wine drinks more new world style than old world. The nose is full of fruit; raspberries, blueberries and some earthiness as well. The palate explodes with strawberries, dried apricots and minerals on the finish. Nice acidity also comes through on the long finish to balance this fruit forward wine. Drink this wine with chicken simmered in red wine, roasted pork loin and grilled flank steaks.
