Cooking classes at Barcelona Wine Bar

One of the newest, and most exciting, restaurants to start up in Inman Park is Barcelona Wine Bar. Their menu changes daily, though you can find a core of solid tapas staples available. The space was formerly Zaya’s an attractive Mediterranean restaurant, but the walls were ripped down to the studs to create something even more stunning. It took over a year to redesign, build out the space and get licensing, but three months ago they opened to capacity crowds who keep returning for more.

Offering Spanish inspired small plates, Barcelona Wine Bar gets rave reviews. I’m particularly impressed with their knowledgeable staff. I suggest bringing a group of 4-6 and just putting yourself in the hands of your server for wine and food suggestions.

But now there’s another way to enjoy their food. Executive Chef Michael Blydenstein is offering two cooking classes. Both have limited seating and are only $20 per person, so will sell out fast.
