Justice League: War, a new graphic DVD movie produced by Warner Premiere, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation tells the story how the Justice League was formed.. Based on the graphic novel, “Justice Origins,” in 2012 by Geoff Johns and Jim Lee, this graphic novel turned home movie with an ensemble cast of talented voice actors. In the wake of the, “New 52” comic books, Justice League: War offers a fresher and alternated perspective how these superheroes became comic book legends.

The story begins as Darkseid embarks an all out army invasion against the people of Earth. With no match against this alien assault, all of Earth’s military forces surrender to Darkseid to prevent further catastrophe. The people of Earth looks for the help of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Shazam, Cyborg and the Flash, in hopes of saving the planet from this merciless dictator. Can these superheroes join together and defeat a common foe? Can they settle their personal differences again one another and authorities in time to save mankind? This movie depicts how each hero became the life and blood of a humanitarian and united organization called, “Justice League.”

Voices consists star Jason O’Mara as Batman, Christopher Gorham as The Flash, Justin Kirk as Green Lantern, Shemar Moore as Cyborg, Michelle Monaghan as Wonder Woman, Alan Tudyk as Superman, Sean Astin as Shazam, Rocky Carroll as Silas Stone. Bruce Thomas offers the voice of Desaad while the voice of the evil as Darkseid is voiced by Steve Blum. The Dvd movie will be available in stores on February 4th 2014.
