This out of the way hotel, located on Pan American freeway on the northeast corner of Osuna and I-25, is a curious place to find a nightclub but there it is, none the less. Walk in, expecting to have to maneuver a never-ending maze of halls and turns to find a meeting room fitting of a night on the town and you will be completely thrown off guard. The entire lobby area is turned into a very cool, very modish restaurant slash bar. Now, be forewarned, this is not your grandparents hotel bar! The lights are flashy, the décor is “modern” native American, the bars are conveniently located, one downstairs and two upstairs, and the food looks amazing!
The staff all seem to enjoy their jobs which is quite nice. Nothing puts you in the mood to spend money on drinks more than a great person ushering you in the door! They smile and kindly answer any questions you have, they chat, they laugh with you and they are patient when you are having a hard time finding your ID or deciding what you want to drink/eat.
The embellishments are such that you never run out of something amazing to look at. Eclectic old western movies play on walls, large native American statues are imposing but not gaudy, the DJ sits above one of the bars on a very cool platform and large seating areas—some with canopies-- make this an amazing manifestation of ingenious dream-inspired visions. It’s cool to look at, it keeps its charm as you explore and best of all it’s got a great mix of people and music! Go check it out for yourself—you will be pleasantly surprised!
