His fans traveled as far as Miami and Tampa this weekend to relive Chayanne’s concert after three years away from the spotlight. Chayanne returned to Central Florida hotter and sexier than ever to continue his successful second leg of his No Hay Imposibles Tour. A vast crowd of fans both females and males although unsurprisingly the females outnumbered the males but not enough to fill the new Amway Center to its entirety. In his brief stay in Orlando, he was awarded the key to Orlando.
Around 8:30 p.m. the lights were dimmed and the audience went wild screaming and clapping as they knew that the concert was about to commence. The 10 piece band members took their places among two separate elevated platforms and on the main floor stage. Large screens on each side of the stage and four in the middle allowed closer views of Chayanne and different videos and special effects to tie into his songs.
Opening the show with a burst of fireworks, as the band started its introduction to ‘Provócame’ the dancers came out and Chayanne appeared in the midst of a cloud of fog and high above him flashy lights that spelled “No Hay Imposible”. He stood atop the stairs dressed all in black fitted clothing as he smiled and looked all around before belting out the words to ‘Provócame’ as he came down the stairs.
Chayanne’s provocative dance moves and hip thrusts had the crowd screaming throughout the entire concert as he switched back and forth from his pop tunes to his romantic ballads and speaking in between his singing. He disappeared a few times after songs to return to the chants of the audiece with changed attire ranging from black slacks with a black short sleeve button down shirt, jeans with a grey fitted shirt to jeans with a white long sleeve button down shirt and a black tie to finish off his concert. At one point he asked “seguimos?” (Shall we continue)? Of course everyone wanted Chayanne to continue not only singing but to continue with his sexy dance moves.
Before singing ‘Si Nos Quedara Poco Tiempo’ (If We Had little Time Left) he said, “Esta canción es para los que estan verdaderamente enamorados” (This song is for those that are really in love). The hour and 45 minute concert included the theme song of the remake of the Spanish soap opera Corazón Salvaje, ‘Me Enamoré de Ti’,‘Dejaría Todo’, ‘Un Siglo Sin Ti’, ‘Si No Estás’ the first song from his ‘No Hay Imposibles’ album, ‘Lola’, ‘Baila Baila’, ‘Tu Boca’, ‘Cuidarte El Alma’,‘Besos en La Boca’, ‘Salome’, ‘Atado a tu Amor’, ‘Ay Mama’, ‘Caprichosa’, ‘Cuidarte El Alma’, ‘Fiesta en America’, and ‘Palo Bonito’.
Chayanne didn’t hesitate to mingle with his fans thanking them and his family. He even picked out a young gal from the audience to dance with him to ‘Tiempo de Vals’. Flamenco dancers filled the stage as the intro began to ‘Torero’ as Chayanne loosened his tie and without further ado took it off to throw it into the audience ending the song with fireworks and bringing Chayanne’s concert to an end.
To sum it all up, as the years fall on Chayanne he only gets better and sexier in all respects and mesmerizes his fans of all ages not only with his dancing but also with his voice.
