I recently had the honor of meeting Rob Alex, M.Sc and his wife Janelle Alex Ph.D to learn more about their e-books, pod casts, and sexual philosophy entitled, Sexy Challenges. I love anything sexy, and I love a challenge. With the New Year upon us, now is the time to take action regarding our sexual connection, fulfillment, and satisfaction.
Intimacy and pleasure is collaborative and should be a shared venture. In fact, the power of sexual energy is often minimized. Rob and Janelle Alex teaches us how to maximize our sexual experiences while building intimacy with our partner. They remind us that sex and orgasm has the capability to heal, to connect and to create.
