Restoration is a word frequently used in Christian vernacular. I never imagined restoration and a car dealership would be used in the same sentence until now.
Frank Braccia, Brian Decurico, and Edwin Santil have literally restored my faith in car dealerships. Finding these gentlemen is so exciting I have to let people know they exist. This team of sales professionals offer the following:
Fair Market Value: While in the dealership I checked the Kelley Blue Book. The sticker price they offered was fair market value.
Customer Service: Frank, my first encounter with the company was very nice. He immediately offered me water; which is customary when buying a car. The Centennial dealership differed having a was genuine concern for the customer comfort and satisfaction.
Frank kept offering me fresh water; his concern was that my water was cold. Water is a seemingly small insignificant thing. However, the concern for the comfort of the customer was continuous throughout my experience with the company.
Based on the car I was driving and what I wanted. Frank said he would check their inventory. Frank found the ideal car for my needs. He then came back and drove me to the vehicle instead of us walking the lot in hundred degree weather.
The car Frank selected was perfect with the exception of untinted windows. To paraphrase our conversation regarding the tint - Frank said no problem. We can do that. I asked at what cost? Frank said none. We have someone on site.
No Pressure: During the video you will hear Brian say “allow me to appreciate your time”. Frank introduced me to Brian. Brian is great. He asked a couple of questions regarding my needs and said “We’ll take care of you”.
There was no haggling and no pressure. In purchasing a vehicle it is common for the dealerships to wear you down by keeping you for hours. That was not the case. The atmosphere was great. When you purchase a car you ring a bell. The bells were ringing.
Customers conversed with each other in a comfortable environment. The service was fast and efficient. I was in and out with a new car in about 2 ½ hours. No problems, no hassles, none of the common “Let me see what I can do”, “I’ll have to talk to my manager”… none of the usual tricks one encounters at a dealership. When Brian says “appreciate your time”, he means it.
Financing: Edwin Santil is the Finance Manager. I absolutely loved him. Unfortunately you will not have the opportunity to meet him in the video. He was continuously helping other customers. Edwin goes beyond customer service. He’s great. You’ll have to come down to the dealership and meet Edwin in person.
Integrity: I did not meet Nick until I was shooting the video. Frank and Brian brought him in. He is a delightful young man who is eager to please the customer. Nick could not be in better hands. The Centennial Mazda Buick GMC team is training him well. He knows his stuff and is learning a standard of work ethic not common in the industry.
While taping the video Nick made a promise based on his desire to serve. His sincerity was obvious. The team quickly advised him not to make promises he could not keep. His sincerity and enthusiasm are most refreshing. He is without question a valuable team member. Videoing this team of sales professionals was enjoyable. Centennial Mazda Buick GMC is a not only a family owned business, it is a company that promotes a sense of family.
Come out and meet the guys. If you are looking for a vehicle this is an opportunity to drive away feeling good about your purchase. After my previous experiences with dealerships, I had to share this team of sales professionals with you.
