As some of you may have noticed, the Burbank skyline has been altered to incorporate a 10-story White Big Top, the size of a hockey rink, and the world's largest. From an empty concrete platform where weeds once sprouted out from the broken gravel, comes a theatrical experience to change the soul and enlighten the heart. On Wednesday, February 27, 2013 Cavalia's Odysseo opened their show to the public and will be selling tickets until March 24th. Tickets range from $34.50-$159.50. The Rendez-Vous VIP package offers the best seats in the house, dinner prior to the show, an open bar, dessert at intermission, and a photo oppurtunity with the artists over by the stables. The 30 million dollar show features 67 horses hailing from all around the world, totalling 11 different breeds, and 44 artists from the US, Canada, Brazil, France, Guinea (Africa), Russia, Spain, and Ukraine.

Layered trees cast shadowy arms across the hoof trodden ground as a rotating carrousel lowers from the top of the tent, trick riders hang off galloping horses holding on with just one hand, and acrobatic jumpers flip into the air. They have created a world where Narnia meets Mirkwood, a world where you can forget the outside flow of traffic surrounding the tents and become enveloped in the magical trance that Cavalia's Odysseo creates.
To top it all off, 80,000 gallons of water seep over the ground to create a lake in minutes. An army of white and grey horses splash and dance through the aqua lagoon to create aq visual masterpiece that both excites and awes the entire audience.
