Casa de AWESOME!!!

It looks like Will Ferrell has done it again.  Another layered comedy, which with one watch is just ok with a few funny parts.  The beauty is that after 2 or 3 views it becomes a new favorite!  Casa de mi Padre looks to follow this trend of comedic genius that Mr. Ferrell possesses.  Will Ferrel plays Armando Alvarez, a Mexican man who works on his father's ranch.  His father falls into financial difficulty and is going to lose the ranch, when Armando's (Ferrell) younger brother and "international businessman" Raul played by Diego Luna (Milk, Contraband) shows up with his fiance with promises to end the financial turmoil.  Armando falls for his brother's fiance Sonia played by Genesis Rodriguez (Man on a Ledge, What to Expect When You're Expecting), which starts the breaking loose of all hell "Machete" style.

I think we'll all be pleasantly frustrated by the subtitling and the fact that Ferrell is speaking spanish.  I see onslaughts of humorous dialogue coming out of it.  I, for one give the preview two thumbs up with anticipation.  I'm ready for a Ferrellicious comedy ride! Who's coming with me?!
