Who is it we mean when we refer to this man, this Coach, Paul Wade? There are no verifiable reported sightings of him anywhere, but in the rapidly growing Calisthenics Community, his storied footprints are everywhere. Some speculate, others debate, but the only certainty we have is that Coach Paul Wade and his book, Convict Conditioning, was and remains enormous in scope, hope, ambition & mission for fans & converts of bodyweight conditioning.

Now, a new book has been conceived & released with the same authorial credentials, and it focuses on gaining mass through bodyweight exercises & calisthenics, alone. C-Mass (Calisthenics Mass: How to Maximize Muscle Growth Using Bodyweight-Only Training) is now available through Dragon Door.

There continues to be discussion inside & out of the Endurance Community as to whether muscle mass is a help or hinderance to endurance sport performance. Certainly, too much or too little can cause problems along the lines of injuries, as well as failure to recover sufficiently. That said, there is an amount of musculature & mass that is beneficial to preventing injuries and speeding along recovery times. This amount varies from athlete to athlete, but as we continue to explore the muscle mass ratio that works best for us through our races & goals, a resource such as Coach Paul Wade’s newest book is infinitely invaluable.

Bodyweight Training and Calisthenics are ideal for Endurance Athletes and other busy professionals. Being equipped with the knowledge of how to use your own body while on the road for work, or en route to your next race is essential for keeping fit and staying healthy where gyms, treadmills, and traditional means of modern exercise aren’t readily available, accessible or convenient. You’ve worked hard for your strength, sacrificed for your gains, so why would you let them suffer because a gym was out of reach, or time was a formidable foe?

Weighing in at seven chapters, and 136 pages, this e-book, currently available for a discounted deal of $6.95 from Dragon Door Publications (only until Friday, June 6, 2014), is packed full with the knowledge & experience necessary to reach your musculature goals while using only your own body weight. Get your copy of C-Mass (Calisthenics Mass: How to Maximize Muscle Growth Using Bodyweight-Only Training), and develop the natural mass you need to fight, win, repeat.
