Players can figure out how to use the controls within a few minutes. Even though the player can master the controls within a few minutes, it takes longer to master the puzzles. The game resembles Boom Blox in some ways, but it did not require a complex physics engine.. Burn the Rope includes a feature Boom Blox did not. Players can create their own content. The ability for players to create content becomes more important after a player exhausts the original puzzles.
Burn the Rope features good graphics, but the game does not challenge the graphics capabilities of most tablets. Even though it contains one good feature, the background music quickly becomes irritating. The repetitive beats and aggressive lyrics quickly become annoying. When someone starts the game for the first time, his first step should be the options menu. He can turn the background music off.
If Burn the Rope's developers had included more subdued background music, the game would earn a higher rating. At the moment, it earns three out of five stars.
