The Seduction of Monet Dawson: Confessions of a Military Wife

The seduction of Monet Dawson: Confessions of a Military Wife is a story filled with suspense. A marine finds himself in a twisted love affair. This story is based on a true story written by E. Clay and entirely written from a male prospective and also set in the 1990s.

E. Clay starts by telling his story as he tells the reader about situations that altered his life. Although the stories in the book seems a little outrageous at times, especially with a biting incidents in the book, E. Clay proves his story and makes the story come more to life by proving that each crazy and outrageous event truly happened with photocopies of documents throughout the book like hospital records and court records from events that actually happened.

E. Clay's written style was very interesting in that he draws the reader into a crazy 911 call in the beginning of the story. Then he rewinds the story back to what lead up to that crazy true-life event. And this story plays out like a suspense thriller from one scene to another.

Although, this story has a few errors, and could have gone through the editing a little more, I can truly say that I enjoyed this book. It has elements of suspense, drama and sex, and it is a nicely packed short read.
