Rod Rees has crafted an enigmatic puzzle piece of a prediction or forebearance in The Demi-Monde. Not (apparently) a former secret service agent, author Rees has built pharmaceutical factories in Dhaka, set up a satellite communication network in Moscow, and designed a jazz themed hotel in the UK.
