Kenny Rogers’ newest memoir “Luck or Something Like It” is an authentic account of his illustrious music career, which spans over 50 years, as well as the highs and lows in his personal life (including his previous marriages). Most impressive about this book is the inclusion of song lyrics and choruses from some of Kenny’s best-loved classics, including his signature tunes “Lady” and “The Gambler.”

Overall, Kenny Rogers’ newest book “Luck or Something Like It” is powerful, moving and insightful since it gives us a behind-the-scenes look at one of the best-selling artists of our time and it allows his readers to get to know him on an intimate level and subsequently, embark on the journey with him. This autobiography is highly recommended to fans of country music or any fans of Kenny Rogers.
