This year did not disappoint with a diverse array of talented designers from all across the globe, including: South Africa, Finland, and Grenada to showcase their collections at Brooklyn's Industry City. The four-day event had diverse themes and entertainment for attendees to enjoy including: eco-fashion, doggy couture with the infamous, Anthony Rubio and Warren R. Agee with My Fabulous Puppy, and young emerging designers including 12-year-old designer, Tyann Williams, as well as, various designers via William H. Maxwell High School and High School of Fashion Industries.

Collections that received highest praise included, but not limited to: Marcella Co., whose collection consisted of a unique blend of bold prints and classic styles with a edgy spin; Lina Teixeira Collection, consisting of "wearable art"pieces; Thomas LaVone who presented his collection of elegant evening gowns; and Anthony Rubio, mentioned in People Magazine’s People Pets, Dogster, Pet360, Fashionista, The Fashion Beast, PetSide, among others who presented his always elegant collection for pets.

Remaining designers who participated in the event, included: Dario Mohr, Iliana Quander, Bridgette Artise, Malcolm Cannon, Marita Huurinainen, Richard Fitz, Nicole Anne Khoury (South Africa), Shaun Majola, Marcella Jones-Penn, Myaani Colar (Grenada), April Walker (USA), AKOU (USA), Alicia Pinckney (USA), Andreas Jank (Finland).

Fashion Week Brooklyn attendees stayed hydrated thanks to: Zico Coconut Water, Brooklyn Brewery, Brooklyn Winery, Clique by Chef Roble’, Exclusiv Vodka, GoGo squeez and delicious Ninja Bubble Tea.

In comparison to last years presentation, Fashion Week Brooklyn remained true to it's theme by being bold and finished strong by incorporating their appealing mix of partners that made this year a hit including: Yelp, Duggal Printing, Woodland Restaurant, Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration, Fashion GPS, Jonar Studios, Love, Aunt Bonnie, Befine Skincare, and BCG Records among others.

Social media played a major role during the events, in which attendees were encouraged to engage online and tag themselves using catchy hashtags such as #FWBselfie. All images from the gallery was taken on the iPhone 5C, via Verizon Wireless on the 4G LTE network, which is highly recommended and makes documenting experiences rather smooth for social media use for fashion shows, such as, Fashion Week Brooklyn and beyond.
