Donnie Yen stars in this 2009 period piece where a group of rebels fight assassins who are assigned to kill Sun Wen: who wants to unite forces against a corrupt Chinese government.
This film takes place in 1905. Sun Wen is on his way to Hong Kong to seek aid in his cause. The British are staying out of the Chinese politics. But Wen is not without aid.
As the threat to his life grows, those willing to sacrifice their very lives combat assassins who will do anything to kill Sun Wen.
