Vengeance is the Lord's

Sunday, December 12 will be the last chance to catch this amazing play.

For the past six weeks Vengeance is the Lord's by Bob Glaudini has been enjoying its world premiere performed by the Huntington Theatre Company at Boston University Theatre on Huntington Avenue.

The play in two acts tells the story of a family torn apart, not just by the death of a child but also by its own secrets.

It's not an easy play to experience and many playgoers seemed to have left after intermission.

Like Plato said, 'Beauty is Difficult.' Truth is difficult, too.

The cast is magnificent, particularly Larry Pine, who plays the wily and ambiguous patriarch of the Horvath clan.

Glaudini, who also wrote 'Jack Goes Boating' directed by Philip Seymour Hoffman, has been a playwright for many years. A previous work 'Poison Tree' was developed at the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles. Glaudini is currently a member of LAByrinth Theater Company in New York City.
