If you have ever wondered how to do something around the house, this is the book for you. It is the Mother-load of information from one of the premier tool and industry do-it-alls, Black & Decker.
We received an internet copy to peruse and it is special. A real work of genius that must have taken forever to compile. And there are step-by-step photographs that leave no doubt as to how to do something around the house from laying carpet to installing shelves to cabinetry and more—over 600 hundred pages. As they say in the press release, “The Book of Home How-To is the ultimate fully loaded, ridiculously huge reference book for every home project you can dream of.”
"It is the Mother-load of information..."
And another thing we like quite a bit, this doesn’t have endless paragraphs of text to wade through but, simplistic photo tutorials. This tome was previewed at the 2014 National Hardware Show and I am sure it made a big splash. Right now we can’t think of anything of its kind that is so thorough representing so many varied tasks, projects and an A-to-Z pictorial. It has over 2,000 photos. (We’ve heard it weighs about six pounds!)
