This is the last issue of New 52 Birds of Prey. This is the third volume which started back in September 2011. Birds of Prey was made up of Black Canary, Batgirl, Starling, and Strix. When Gail Simone took over the series she added Huntress to the line up. All the members had a love hate relationship that made the story very interesting.

This last issue also featured the Suicide Squad and Amanda Waller. Black Canary confronts Amanda Waller about her husband Kurt. Amanda spills the beans about Kurt to Dinah. This leads Black Canary into letting Kurt go and moving on, sort of anyways. Batgirl flips out on Black Canary about trust and not listening. She then seems to end Birds of Prey and their friendship. We get a happy ending for Strix as she is promised to get her voice back and some sort of normal life. Then is it all ends with a heart breaking last page.

I'm really going to miss this series. I started reading it earlier this year and now I feel a piece of me is scattered with the Birds of Prey. The writing and art was amazing in this issue. I was sucked it and spit out with saddness. I enjoyed it a lot when Gail Simon wrote it and I feel she should bring it back. She did a amazing job on this series and Batgirl.

I can't wait to see where the members of Birds of Prey end up now. Black Canary will be in the Futures End series, Canary's Red League of Assassins. I'm super excited to see what the Red League of Assassins are and what Black Canary is doing with them. Have you read this issue yet? If so let me know what you thought of it? Where do you hope to see the members of Birds of Prey end up next?
