Big Beaver Brewery

Located at 2707 West Eisenhower Blvd. in Loveland, Colorado, this relatively new brewery is really making a name for itself and has already expanded this site to accomodate their growing popularity. They boost of the use of high quality ingredients: water, malted barley and wheat, yeast, and hops. In addition, they have used bourbon soaked wood and cranberries to add another twist to their already delicious brews. They state that their beers are never filtered, pasteurized, or centrifuged and are made with 6-8 different kinds of yeast, where most breweries use only one.

Another item that seperates them from the rest is the use of sustainable energy through wind power. 100% of their electricity is through Loveland's Greenswitch program. They also offer food, serving beer brats with their own Big Beaver Beer BBQ Sauce. Live music can be found here as well, with a variety of acoustic music for all to enjoy. The atmosphere is fun and comfortable with the service being above average. Their hours are 2-9 Monday-Thursday, 2-10 Friday & Saturday and 2-8 Sunday.
