Most sport earphones are generically sized, and women often have a difficult time finding a pair that fits right and doesn't pop out. The colorful new Yurbuds Inspire for Women was designed specifically for those with smaller ears, making them an excellent pair of earphones for women on the go.
Yurbuds started making sport earphones a few years ago. What makes Yurbuds unique are the silicone bud covers that stick inside your ears like glue, even when you start to sweat.
I tested the Inspire for Women for six weeks under a variety of conditions including extreme heat and light rain, and was definitely impressed.
Like previous models, the Inspire for Women twists into your ear, locking them in place without blocking out ambient sound. In my experience, the only thing that will make them come out on the run is if you catch the cord with your arm and give them a swift yank.

The silicone bud covers are extremely comfortable, causing no soreness even after a few hours on the trail. They’re also sweat and water resistant, so if you get caught in the rain you won’t have to worry about your earbuds shorting out.
While not a high-end earphone, the sound quality is very good, especially considering the price. I usually don’t like to spend a lot on sport headphones because they take such a beating. That being said, I’ve owned my first pair of Yurbuds for two years, and haven’t had a split cord yet.
The Inspire for Women comes with two different sized earbud covers, and if those don’t fit, Yurbuds will send you a pair of covers that will. All you have to do is email them a picture of your ear with a quarter held up next to it.
