As promised here are 2 more of the stops that were made on my Asheville trip. Now get ready because one of these breweries beers you can get right here, the other well not at the moment.
The next stop on the tour was French Broad. At the time of our visit they were working on the outside the brewery to make it a little more environmentally friendly. They were adding some solar panels to use at the brewery. This however did not take away from the good beer and atmosphere that they had, though it did cut down on the available places to sit. The brews all tasted terrific.
The last stop of the day was Pisgah Brewing. This brewery is not in Asheville but a little on the outskirts. Now I will admit that this place was hard to find especially at night but worth the drive. The tap room had several beers on tap ranging from their own brews to other local brews. This is a place that I would have to revisit in the summer to see the mountains and sit outside while enjoying a pint. I have to admit the Pisgah Pale Ale is one of the best pale ales I have tried.
We are not even finished with the trip yet, and already I know you all want to go visit. I could not recommend it more highly.
