*Romaine hearts Ceasar Salad - 3 romaine spears with cheese and dressing, nice presentation and favorable.
*Heirloom Tomato Salad "Spanish Blue Cheese, Red Onion, Basil and Aged Balsamic" - Pleasant even for the most finicky of taste buds.
*Cold Smoked Salmon Tartare "Crispy Flat-bread, Whole Grain Mustard Aioli and Watercress" - Fresh and Crisp
*Clam Chowder- Zing and "Bam!" with fresh clams - Tradition New Orleans Favorite
*Shrimp & Andouille Pork Sausage Gumbo - Wonderfulness of flavors and textures.
*Horseradish blue shrimp w/ cous cous and cauliflower -The shrimp was crisp and of good size. The cous cous served was light and fluffy and had a tobiko (fish egg) like texture to it.
*Emeril's Fall River Clam Chowder "Apple Wood Smoked Bacon & Potato" - This soup was rich, hearty, and very tasty.
*Grilled Double Cut Pork Chop "Chive & Potato Puree, Fresh Pea Tendrils and Toy Box Charm Tomatoes" - Generous portions with anice touch of garden fresh vegetation!
*Chicken, Shrimp, & Andouille Gumbo "Long Grain Rice & Shaved Green Onion" - Great Gumbo.
*New Orleans Bread & Butter Bread Pudding - A regional delight!
*BBQ Salmon - Excellent Ocean Fresh quality slice of fish with a hint of bbq marinade and smoke with a generous coat of tasty BBQ sauce
*Emeril's Banana Cream Pie - Wonderful creamy and fluffy dessert and still delicious without the typical chunks of banana. Nice choice.
*Flour-less Bourbon Chocolate Cake - Get a blast of flavor from your first-bite with sweet cherry compote and peanut butter mousse and chopped, glazed nuts for texture. A true "MUST TRY"...
Service as usual very attentive. Overall you can have a nice, pleasant, affordable evening at Emeril's Las Vegas Seafood house.
