The oils let you use it as frizz fighter (but don't overdo the amount). If your hair is about ready for washing, that's the day to add some more argon oil. I'd use it at the beach, when you are pulling your hair back and will be washing it later on. Some people use it insted of a skin moisturizer. I like to spritz it on my hands to make them feel like dry, and to pamper them. Unlike some oily products, this one just soaks in quickly and doesn't feel grmpeasy.
