Anokha Skin Care is a relatively new skin care brand by plastic surgeon Nina S. Naidu who developed the brand after having trouble finding products for women with sensitive skin and that were safe and gentle enough for pregnant women to use.
Anokha states on their website "Anokha, which means “unique” in Urdu, was created to address the individual needs of different skin types. Our key ingredients are derived from plants and active botanicals native to South Asia, including jasmine, rosewater, sandalwood, and neem. Products are also formulated with ingredients found naturally in the skin, such as hyaluronic acid.
Anokha Skin Care uses both science and tradition to develop safe and effective products which deliver healthy skin. This is performed in conjunction with a respect for the environment. All products are manufactured under strict conditions in the USA. Anokha does not perform or condone animal testing, and our products are free of synthetic dyes, mineral oil, petrolatum, lanolin, phthalates, and artificial colors."

I was lucky enough to try the Anokha Skin Care Oatmeal Cleansing Milk. The product retails for $25 and I will be repurchasing it once I am finished with my bottle. I can't even explain to you in words how insanely delicious this face wash smells. You have to try your best not to eat it, I mean literally fight the urge because thats how much the smell messes with your brain. It is so dang good. It smells like warm, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla cookies fresh from the oven, and thats me just trying to put it into words when really I can't. I wash my face with this in the morning and it is the reason I convince myself to get my butt out of bed, just to smell this every morning. It is a very gentle, smooth skin cleanser that leaves your face feeling clean but not dried out. I only use it in the morning to start with a clean face for the day, but not at night because I don't feel that this does a well enough job of removing all traces of makeup because it is so gentle. It doesn't lather up like most face washes and is more like a cream consistency similar to Cetaphil cleanser.
You can purchase it here from the official Anokha Skin Care website or from Dermstore.com
