Shirlington's got a little of everything on the international food scene - Indian, Mexican, Japanese and Italian. One cuisine that is often overlooked however, is the Lebanese fare at Aladdin's Eatery.
The menu is extensive yet comprehensive and almost everything seems to be a winner. Not to mention that the service was great and the servers are more than happy to help navigate the menu.
Come hungry - the portions are huge (even with salads) and prices are reasonable. Make sure to try any of the salads if you are trying to eat healthy and the Flavor Savor Special (Grilled Chicken Mishwi, Beef Kafta, rice with vermicelli, with mixed greens salad and hummos, falaffel and pita) if you can't decide on any one option.
