Add Sweet Sweat to your Workout

Sweet Sweat was one of the exhibitors at the 2012 LA Fitness Expo.  This workout enhancer is available in a stick or jar format.  Purchase options include larger sized jars and travel size packets.

After observing a jump rope demonstation I chose to purchase the stick due to the "hands free" thermogenic application feature.  Sweet Sweat is touted as promoting sweating, improving circulation and energy.  This is to be worn under loose exercise clothing, while swimming or in a sauna.  It can also be worn under a neoprene waist belt.

It is advised to not leave Sweet Sweat in your car or to rub it into your skin or apply on top of any other type of lotion or cream.  Sweet Sweat accelerates your wam up and recovery time.  "Sweet Sweat boosts thermogenic action and enhances calorie burn by insulating heat. Its breathable barrier enables your body to cool down and prevent muscle exhaustion during your workout."

Sweet Sweat can be used over the areas you want to produce more sweating.  This can range from your waist, back, hips, abs or thighs.  I apply a layer before I do TRX or take a Zumba class.  I re-apply after Zumba before working out.  I keep my stick in my gym bag and use while in the locker room at the health club.  The stick has a twist up lever at the bottom.

As someone who has been plagued with eczema most of my life I have had only positive results from utilizing Sweet Sweat.  My exercise clothing does not stick to the Sweet Sweat and no rash or itching has occurred.  Thus far I have only applied to my waist and back as those are my problem areas that I want to spead up fat loss.

The ingredients listed in Sweet Sweat are White Snow Petrolatum, Kosher Brazilian Carnauba Wax, Acai, Pomegrante, Coconut Oils, Kosher Jojoba, Camelina, Squalane Oils, ALoe Vera Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) and Fragrance.

Sweet Sweat is used by professional athletes like boxers, bodybuilders, tennis players, soccer players, baseball, basketball and football.  This product has been around for thirty years and sold in over fifty countries.  It is also recommended for injured areas like shin splints, pulls and strains.

The price at the Expo was twenty dollars for the stick.  It looks like it will last for a few months.  This is better than taking fat burners before your workout.   The Sweet Sweat shop
