If you are considering happy hour in the Easton area, and you love beer, consider stopping at World of Beer. They have 51 beers on tap and almost 12 pages of beer in bottles (estimated at over 475 different beers) from all reaches of the globe.
If you can't figure out what you want, just ask one of the servers or bartenders. They know all about the beers and are willing to provide a sample if you want to taste before you buy. And like almost everything else...there's an app for that. Just download it to your smart phone and you can query the details of their beers to your hearts content.
If you are not into beer they do have a small selection of wines, but they don't carry liquor.
Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 4-7, and draft beers are $1 off. They don't have a food menu, but you can order from nearby restaurants and have it delivered.
The atmosphere is excellent for drinking beer. There are plenty of seats at the bar and tables to accommodate a large happy hour crowd, and a significant number of flat screen TVs throughout to watch your favorite team.
