Red Diamond Temperamental Red Blend and Red Diamond Pinot Noir

With Memorial Day behind us, the grills have been fired up, the Tiki torches lit and the barbecue wine flowing. It's the best season yet - grilling season. Almost anything can be barbecued and most anything can be paired with wine. Girl Scout cookies…enough said.

Red Diamond Wine is the perfect match for the grill. The multitude of red wines that are offered are sure to give the grill master that perfect marriage made in heaven.

Temperamental Red Wine is a mouthwatering blend from Spain. With grapes sourced from a variety of Spanish vineyards, this red blend offers an amazing array of flavors. Temperamental Red bursts with aromas of blackberries and dark chocolate. The first sip is ripe juicy black fruit with a tiny bit of oak. Smooth silky tannins linger on the mouth. Not dry or leathery, but does have some umph to it! Throw some sirloin or strip steak on the grill and crack open this bottle - let the wine and meat do the rest and enjoy!

Red Diamond Pinot Noir is a great example of California Pinots. Typical red berry aromas fill the glass. While ripe cherry and a touch of – get this – spearmint linger on the finish. Not as light as some Pinots from California, it carries itself very well. This Pinot is great with your typical pasta dish, but even better with a little grilled brussel sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower drenched in olive oil and Italian seasoning.
