The itemized list appears in your daily log with a picture, title and grade. The guesswork is taken out of eating healthier with a simple grading system ranging from A to D. If you click on an item a brief write up is given, both the good and bad. Healthier alternatives are suggested as well.
Fooducate is very handy when grocery shopping. When you’re bombarded with so many options and tempting new products. As you walk around your favorite grocery store scan potential purchases. Fooducate will go to work and give you all the specs you need to know. You can customize what information is most important to you. Options like eat heart healthy, reduce cholesterol, reduce blood pressure, etc. can be turned on or off in the personalization section of the menu. If a particular product cannot be found you can add it manually and or submit it to Fooducate and they will add it to their ever-growing database.

You will feel the inspiration and see you goals approaching that much sooner as you view your progress day to day. Fooducate also provides a pie chart to break down your daily percentages of carbs, fat and protein. You can even monitor your progress by the week or month.
