A Murder mystery begins and the team of Ron Carlivati and Frank Valentini are the duo to handle this new story line on General Hospital. Watch the promo and you will see John McBain being set up as the murderer, or is he? Can it be Caleb Morley, the hot, sexy vampire from 'Port Charles'? Many may not remember the spinoff of GH, 'Port Charles' which starred not only Michael Easton as Caleb Morley , Kelly Monaco as Livvie, Jon Lindstrom as Dr Kevin Collins(who was also Livvie's dad) and Lynn Herring as Lucy Coe.
What had started as a Doctor themed show wove itself into a show way ahead of it's time, a vampire saga with Michael as the sexy, tortured, hot vampire Caleb, who fell in love with Livvie, Kelly's character and what a sizzling couple they were. Lucy was a vampire slayer and I must admit I loved every minute of it and was so upset to see it cancelled. Today it could have been a prime time hit.
Well the "Dynamic Duo" are bringing back some of the characters and we must all wonder is Caleb back in PC? Now that Michael Easton's OLTL character, John McBain, is written off the show until a deal can be made with Prospect Park for the character rights of John, Todd and Starr, is it possible that the writing will take a macabre turn? I for one hope so as I am already loving Lucy Coe's determination to end the world of vampires and seeing Jon Lindstrom back on GH is an added bonus since he is a favorite of mine.
Everyone out there who has to see the next vampire movie or HBO's True Blood, sit yourself down and see the fun you might be able to have at 2 p.m. in the afternoon. That is if Ron Carlivati decides to write a dual character for Michael Easton. On Port Charles, Easton also played Father Michael and the sexy rock star Stephen Clay.
We will wait and see how this will play out, but anyway we get to see Michael Easton, Jon Lindstrom, Lynn Herring and more of Kelly Monaco is alright with me.
Tune in daily at 2 p.m. on ABC to see General Hospital. http://abc.go.com/watch/general-hospital/167369
