For those in a range of professions, Christmas starts in July and continues through December. In honor of the early arrival of the holidays for those in such special industries, Macallan has asked the great Theo Lieberman at Lantern’s Keep at the Iroquois Hotel in midtown to create a lovely cocktail with The Macallan 10 Year. His 10-Lords-A-Leaping cocktail is light, delicious and will get you in that cheery mood to last all through winter. While the must-try drink is not currently on the menu, Theo assures that he will gladly prepare it for any who ask. The cocktail will cost around $14, a price similar to others on the menu. Cheers!
10-Lords-A-Leaping by Theo Lieberman at Lantern’s Keep
2 oz The Macallan 10 Year
¼ oz St. Elizabeth’s All Spice Dram
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Honey Syrup
Shake and serve up. Garnish with nutmeg on top and a Barker & Mills Cocktail Cherry (soaked in Macallan).
