How tweet It is! Twittering chefs tell all

Want to know what Nate Appleman at A16 is cooking up tonight? How about Chris Cosentino of Incanto or Jen Biesty of Scala’s? Or maybe you’d like to know the ice cream flavor du jour at Humphry Slocombe, what’s sizzling on the truck at Roli Roti or where you might track down Sam’s Chowdermobile.

 

It’s all on Twitter – if you’re following the right chefs. Some are all business, like Biesty (is she really writing those tweets herself?) and some may be giving us TMI, like Chad Newton of Fish&Farm, who tweeted, “so sick today I am reduced to cleaning pole beans in dining room, Ashton is running the kitchen,” while others provide a peek into the back of the house (“Let the hiring process begin...nope, nope, nope, definitely no, interesting resume, nope...” tweets Scott Youkilis of Maverick).
