In case you haven’t heard yet, Copper Canyon Grill has come to Boca!. The restaurant opened last September on NW Executive Center Circle, just off Glades Road (in the old Rascal House location)
Copper Canyon features fresh, full-flavored American cuisine, made daily from scratch. The menu includes the signature mouth-watering rotisserie chicken, as well as home-made meatloaf, hand-cut hickory grilled sizzling steaks, line-caught Ahi tuna, skillet-baked cornbread fired with fresh jalapeno and Serrano peppers, old-fashioned Chicken Pot Pie, “Silver Spur” Salad with Rotisserie Chicken, and a great Pulled BBQ Pork (or Chicken) Sandwich. But above all, don’t miss the incredible Maryland-style Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes are about the best (and certainly the most authentic!) rendition in Boca. And don’t miss the awesome desserts, including a spectacular Chocolate Uprising, and slow-baked Bread Pudding with Grand Marnier cream custard!
