Amie Dahnke is a recent graduate from the University of Portland where she double majored in English and communication studies/journalism. Her ambitions to be a writer came to fruit during her tenure as a Pilot, working on the student newspaper and landing internship positions with The Regence Group and Oregon Bride Magazine. Today, Amie is a freelance writer masked as a Pottery Barn sales associate.
