Gerald relocated to Sea Isle City, NJ, during the winter of 2009. He spent 27 years in the food and
beverage industry, working in almost every facet. His most recent positions include General Manager
of Coco Pazzo in Philadelphia (an Italian casual fine dining restaurant), Assistant Director of Food and
Beverage for Marriott (Mt. Laurel, NJ), and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Crowne Plaza
Hotel (Cherry Hill, NJ). He left the industry in 2008 to pursue a writing career and is now the owner and
chief writer of an article writing service, Simply the Best Writing.
