Pat, mother of two, owns a degree in Biology. Retired from Respiratory Therapy, she remains an artist, singer, actor, photographer, videographer, writer, and eater. Pat's eating experiences vary from hospital cafeteria feeding to the finest dining in NYC and Disney. She and her husband cook specialties for the family, as well as meatballs and spaghetti. Pat has been cooking off and on for forty three years, but eating for fifty seven non-stop.
