Kaiser Grille is the modern cool of Palm Springs

Cozily hidden on the Palm Springs strip is the warm and elegant Kaiser Grille, a surprising mix of a seductive atmosphere, friendly employees and mouth-watering food that tantalize the taste buds. With a menu that manages to be both sleek and brimming-over with choices, it’s a difficult feat to choose just what to eat when choices such as “Wood Oven Braised Lamb Shank” and “Shrimp Pancetta” are supplied. The Organic Mixed field greens incorporate many flavors for a zesty and dazzling display of fruits, vegetables and a raspberry vinaigrette that moisten the dish exquisitely. The Greek Steak is a main course that really is worth the build up. The aroma is sensational and intoxicating and the steak itself is succulent and tender without being so fragile that it could potentially turn to mush. The artfully placed garnishes of feta cheese and steamed vegetables bring color and liveliness to the plate. With a new dessert created regularly by the chefs, it would be impossible to grow tiresome of their sweet choices. The simple chocolate mousse cake is drizzled with a creamy sugar topping and caramelized carefully for an orgasmic delight.
Kaiser Grille is placed in the heart of Palm Springs and so its popularity is understandable but there is much more to its praise than simple convenience. The food manages to be both classic and risky which makes for a delectable meal that averages about fifteen dollars a plate for lunch and around twenty for dinner. The setting is comfortable with high back cushy booths and dim lighting while escaping the terrible “Cheesecake Factory” darkness that doesn’t allow a diner to see what they are eating. Luckily, customers will have no problem seeing the lavishly adorned plate of fantastic food at the Kaiser Grille, a dining experience that you will remember long after you leave.
